The Coach BehindLegacy Hoops
Basketball is personal. Coach Quise built Legacy Hoops to pour into the next generation of Metro Detroit hoopers — the way great coaches once poured into him.
Marquise Legion "Coach Quise"
Marquise Legion has played basketball his whole life. He wasn't the tallest kid on the court — and that's exactly why he became a student of the game. If he couldn't outgrow his opponents, he had to outwork and out-think them. That chip on his shoulder shaped the trainer he is today. Coach Quise built his craft under two of the most respected names in basketball skill development — Ryan Razooky and The Hoop House. Their methods run through every session at Legacy Hoops: real basketball situations, effective techniques, and a deep focus on the intellectual side of the game. Players don't just get reps — they learn why they're doing what they're doing. Over the past five years, Coach Quise has trained more than 150 athletes across Metro Detroit, including seven who went on to play at the pro or college level. He runs sessions at Hoopdrillz in Plymouth and Redline Fitness in Farmington, working with youth hoopers, teens, and high school players who want to take their game seriously. The mission is simple: show hoopers the definition of hard work, instill confidence they can carry into any gym, and help them build a legacy they're proud of — one session at a time.
